Determine the best way to manage the FAQ list(s) and account for that here.

1. If it is in Magnolia, this page would serve as the FAQ list (or top-level page for the lists)
2. If it is in an external source (ala clearspace e.g.) we should simply link from here to that resource.

I have to believe a more dynamic source (ideally one with a built in notion of an FAQ list) is the best place to manage these...
